I was used to sort of thinking I'm going to live or dive on my own skill, you know, not be part of a big bureaucracy. When I came to Goldman, this is in 1985, there were maybe five or six or seven thousand people there. It was actually very entrepreneurial in a good way. They had a very intellectual environment, at least for people like me. So it was actually, I got very excited coming there. I got a real shot in the arm.
