The City of St. Louis Is in Shambles

Lavelle: People just kind of want bread and butter, stuff that you think becovered by ordinary tax revenue. But based on what people are seeing around them, it isn't. As a region, all of us, maybe put it toward something that can continue to grow. That would be probably a right long term approach, although not as fun to talk about.
