The Importance of Diversity in Women's Football

The best player I've probably played with is Lauren Cheney, who's Lauren Holiday now. And she could play any position because she was tactic, tactically and technically so sound. We have an enormously deep pool in the United States, but it's the quality in possession, the quality in passing, the quality of movement that we need to be cognizant of. The coaching issue is still an issue of tremendous challenge for women's football.
