When you finally get to a point in your business where efficiency is like working, it's really hard to be like, well, I don't want to mess it up. So we created on Fridays, Cam has, we call it curiosity hour, but it is actually multiple hours in which he batch researchers. He batch explores and sees what's out there. And so if people can find this curiosity hour time that they can carve out of, Hey, I have this on my schedule. I'm not wasting time because I know this is part of my weekly batch schedule of this is when I'm doing this. I think that can be really fruitful.
