The Importance of Usability in the IOT Industry
I think it also boils down to familiarity, right? If you're going to be on your phone for a big portion of your time outside of work once you come in and you're given an application. So I want to also not undersell that it's not just a visual. It also makes it easier for people to adopt some of these applications that are a lot more complex under the hood than they may initially appear. But no, I definitely see that being like a big change.
