I'm always touting you need to take protein all the time. I do think that it's probably not optimal to just eat one ginormous meal a day. There might be a period of time within your 24 hours that you don't have amino acids in your bloodstream so I think it's a little better to have some type of eating window. You're gonna have enough mean as you really don't have to sweat like oh did I chug away shake within 30 minutes working out. It's almost more important when you're super old like me because I just turned 51. Just book getting eating window with a big piece of protein and then you're pretty much good.
