Don't Be Technologically Illiterate

For those between the ages of forty five and 65, i will say, you are still young and can learn. There is no excuse for a superintendent who cannot use the tools of the trade. I hear of supers who have not read a book since high school or never been through training since orientation. We have to stop allowing them to lead and not be trained. Humans do not naturally progress and get more enlightened. They retrograde, degenerate, become more perverse and get stuck if they don't have additional light and knowledge from learning.
