The Differences Between European and Western Europe

The Chinese are not worried about whether they're European or not. They don't really use the term Eurasia. The one belt, one road initiative is an economic boondoggle. I expect it to produce a lot of waste and corruption at the same time as bridges to nowhere. It will have significant consequences for China going forward.
