In 20 20 there were cases reported in china. In the usa, i believe on average its about six or seven cases are reported a year. It establishes that governments should intervene at times of significant crisis to protect the welfare of their peoples. There is an increase in the understanding and use of antining over the course of the next century or so. Humans have been dealing with pandemics for millennia.
