God seems to have this idea that, that rebellious and sinful people aren't going to inherit the land. But what it's telling us is that actually perfect people are the only people that couldn't have it. Of course, we know that ends up to being gift that we have to be gifted that perfection. This is what we need Christ for because you do need to be perfect.
