Women are the most educated demographic in the country, but it's not translating. There are only forty one women who are c os of fortune 500 companies. Of that fort one, only three are african american. Why don't you see a proportionate number of women in those senior level positions? The math isn't there. It's not translating,. So that is should be comfort for you, that it's not you.
