G.I. Fred: If women's skills are higher than men's in a particular job, the law does no good because then they will be able to compete away and can get the same income. He says requiring equal pay for equal work will be to harm women if it is seen as an act of discrimination against them. "Thank God we don't get what we deserve," he adds.
