Kevin McCarthy's Concessions to the House Rules Package

McCarthy has offered up a series of new conditions to the House Rules package and organizing structure. McCarthy hoping to win over some of those extreme right-wing members who were made opposed to him becoming speaker, even though they've said they would never vote for him.
