Moses and Joshua in the Promised Land

Moses realizes he's not going to the promised land because of his rebellion there at the waters of Maravah, which we talked about a few episodes ago. So he's concerned about what's going to happen after he dies. This is Moses kind of taking the lead and trying to figure out what's best for Israel when he's no longer there to lead them. And so Israel wants more proves its uniqueness in its concern for all of its citizens.
