The Need for a Tumor Board

The radiation oncologists have very large randomized controlled clinical trials with hundreds, and in some cases, thousands of patients that have demonstrated the efficacy of their approach. At the same time as intervention radiologists, we are a tiny community by comparison, and we have not run those size trials. But if you have a disease population that is a quarter of a million people new being diagnosed every year, and you're a second-line agent, man, that's pretty good. That's how you got to think about it.
