The Role of DDAVP in Hyponatremia
The big paper that supports the use of the clamp is, you know, I think it had 50 patients in it. And they were all the sodiums in the one team. You could never power a trial to actually show any change in ODS probably. Most of the DDAVP that is deployed in hyponatremia is used in rescue. It's the way too fast. That's reverse. Right? So, but when we've looked at it in other studies, we see that it prolongs hospitalization and it's not clear what kind of net benefit we're having. We'll be podcasting on that tomorrow.
