I am so often saddened when i see a small business that has the perception of being really, really good and then they ask me to take a look at what they have going on. You do not have yourself in a healthy position if you don't have a strategy for what you're doing with dthat debt and how you're handling it. I want to close out this part of the show with the most important valuable resource, which is your time. Are you doing enough of the uncomfortable stuff thats actually going to put your company at the place it needs to be? Cause too many of us, we cop out on that.
