Genetic Mapping for Sistic Vibrosis
The first concept of deriving a map of the genom was based on mapping genetic markers that have different characteristics in different people. The idea there was to use these little sign posts along human d and a because they had different variations or sequences in different individuals. So if you have a marker close to a trait, tsistic vibrosis should more often not stay close to each other and not go to a different chromosome. And you can develop statistics around this.
