A Different Kind of Practice Within the Man Group

Some people have posited that following the pandemic, there's going to be a little bit of an egress out of the city and into surrounding bedroom communities. I think what we saw was in the States, two big things happening. One has been a gradual drift of people moving from parts of the country where the cost of living is incredibly high but more manageable for individuals and companies. The second thing we've seen is that after the financial crisis, there is a whole generation of people who don't see houses as a store of value. And so one can very easily afford the house but choose to rent it rather than buy it.
