The Economy Is in a Soft Landing Patch

Stephanie Coontz: The economy remains in a soft landing patch, which is good for stock. She says banks have refrained from raising dividends and buying back because they're waiting to see about the new capital rules. Nancy Tengler: I expect that stem to resume their dividend policy.
