The Importance of Happiness

We need to stop asking if our kids will be better off. Instead, let's ask if they're able to maintain the position on the mountain top we've established. If you don't think your kids are going to have a better life than you, that doesn't mean you necessarily need to be unhappy. Maybe it's time to equate happiness with what it is right now. For some of us, we should be focusing on making sure others have as good a life as us.
