The new perennial example is a really good example because your expectation there is that when they start numerating, you'll see it should go up. So often with numeraparatinin, if the patient is well filled, you're actually meant to have an increase in blood pressure. But if they're under filled, it does decrease your preload and it does exacerbate high full tension. Just be an eye on that entire CO2 and seeing that. It's one of the essential monitoring numbers that we need.
