Are There Lesser Included Charges?

The defendants are charged with three different conspiracies. The seditious conspiracy is conspiring to obstruct an official proceeding, a 15-year felony. They've also been charged 18 USC Section 372, which is the criminal Ku Klux Klan Act conspiracy. There's also conventional obstruction of justice charges for destroying evidence.
