JP Morgan Chase, Chief Executive Officer Jamie Diamond, called the firm's botched acquisition of college financial planning website, Frank. Is that a big issue for banks to attract some new customers here? I think the banks are always trying to get consumers as soon as they can in their life cycle. Definitely with the rise of FinTech and digital offerings, these banks that have read around a long time want to make sure that they are on top of anything that knew that it's coming out.
