User Research Calls - Don't Hurt Other People's Feelings

In user research calls, people don't like to hurt other people's feelings. Just always ask them, like, describe how that felt. Why do you feel this way? How is that working for you? Never that's good right now. You're not getting any value out of that. I think generally, at least in my experience, yu always cannot want the conversation to go in a certain thematic direction. And i think it's important to listen for opportunities to discover new things from that person.
