The Biden Administration Downplaying the Threat From China

Biden-born policy is in collapse around the world. It's an incoherent policy. There are no main driving themes like a Reagan had or like Trump did with China. The balloon was seeing if China could disrupt our command and control signals to our nuclear ballistic missile submarines, to our strategic B2 bombers. And that really means that China is thinking of a first strike with its nuclear weapons on the United States.
