Falo says he never went to anybody for help, but would stand and watch. He said: 'If somebody asked me for help, i'm going t em they might not like what they're going to hear sometimes' Falo has been diagnosed with a rare form of spinal fluiditis called spina bifida which can be fatal if left untreated. The condition is so severe that patients are often admitted to hospital after just one or two days in pain.
