The covet epidemic has two new epidemics, mental health and metabolic health. You simply cannot address somebody's weight or get somebody's physically active without addressing their mental health first. The good news is that when you talk about metabolica, things inactivity, sleep, drinking are still open to the window of opportunity. We can do all this stuff but it will cost us a lot more if we don't start doing it now.
