The Uncorrelated Impact Investment Market
The impact investing market is still pretty liquid and pretty nice. But there's not enough liquidity in depth in that market. Good start was the largest provider of early learning and care in the country. We turned it into a non-profit with what in traditional financial terms is a subordinated debt. The investors got a 12% return over eight years, which is a good return for what we think is a reliable income stream. Non-profit doesn't mean you don't make reasonable returns.
