Is This Really Corruption?

Holly harras is here with the headlines, 25 to 12. I want o examine the question of whether or not this is actually corrupt according to the standards that we would once all have subscribed to. So pick a politician you don't like and imagine them asking for money. It eds not asking for money to spend on decorating their flat - it's about how they're being treated.
