The Importance of Meditation

I would like it to be more normal but you know I'm still trying to navigate that's because my husband and I just got married a year and almost like a year and a half ago. Some days I get up I do my brain dumps right right that down on the things I want to do and then I go right up and meditate but then other days I end up waiting until he goes to work or it just happens much later in the day that I do my meditation. That's something that I'm working towards is setting a good time to do it every day yeah.
