The Need for Voting Reform
From what I understand from the inside, Kia Starma is genuine about his shock at the way that Westminster works. He's a former senior civil servant who headed to the department essentially as director of prosecutions. But apparently, and I've heard this phrase used about him, he's a bit of a boy scout about the issue of how Westminster doesn't work. After the break, we'll chat about whether there's need for voting reform, and MPs and ministers in their false incentives.
