Joe Biden's Department of Justice Goes and Sunk

Judge Nureka accused a member of Biden's Hunter Biden's legal team of pretending to be a staffer for Republican Congressman Jason Smith. He was on TV last night on a phone call talking to a court clerk trying to get their amicus brief removed from the docket. It wasn't going to happen and they had to admit that there was even an ongoing investigation. But do I think that ongoing investigation is actually real? I don't.
