Look, it's essentially in DNA, it's like a cowboy world. Super capitalist, yeah. Also, like guns and horses. Is an element of that as well. To basically buying homes that you can't afford. And debt cuper, debtcuper, debt grow. And the whole bubble comes blowing up.
