Finance has been like painted out to be this whole black box right and it was done by the financial services industry. Marketing P&L owners don't really realize is that they own 60 percent of the P&L in an e-commerce business. Getting all the fundamentals in place once one day is super important because you do not have time to go back and fix things from a finance perspective.
