Is China Going to Play by the Same Rules as an American Company?

There is what i'll call more like a military aspect to this. There's a technology, actualy. There may be a third category, which is like the capital markets. I think almost surely, the c alone will crack down on this. I think some of the stuff was in the works anyway. And you know, the g political reality will maybe accelerate it. We also need to truthfully appreciate altra ponrial pursuits. Most entrpenial pursuits can be created with a very small amount of capital in a very reasonable time frame. But fundamentally, i think that's the exception, not the rule.
