How to Start a Stock Room
The stock room is just like an extra shelf of things that you would run out and purchase if you ran out of. Don't start with an Excel file because if you make it too complicated, you're not going to do it. Establishing the dishes routine is really, really important in my mind. And then have a little post-it note to track what you can be prepared for when something goes wrong.
