The Affordable Market for First Time Home Buyers
There's been a trend for the past decade, really, of people moving from high-priced markets into more affordable markets. It just got accelerated over COVID. There's such a lack of inventory everywhere that even prices have gone up in those quote-unquote affordable markets. With a huge population of baby boomers looking at retirement and younger people who've figured out how to retire earlier, we probably will see the trend continue.
