Is the 11th Circuit a Court of Limited Jurisdiction?
The 11th Circuit ruled that the government had not shown a callous disregard for President Trump's constitutional rights. The ruling was based on an exacting test meant to decide whether or not a court can exercise equitable or anomalous jurisdiction. This is really a very odd case because Trump filed as a civil action in a different court than the one that was already overseeing the execution of a search warrant in the government's criminal investigation.
