The Layer That We're Consuming of the Technology Stack

The fault occurred during a routine Internet NZ procedure. It took us a long time to figure out it had broken and it wreaked havoc. We see that we do see these things every once in a while, right? Somebody pushes something that should be perfectly okay and I'm sure has been tested to the nth degree and it breaks everything. And usually the processes that are in place afterwards means that the learning, you know, goes back into and some of these things are addressed much better.
