Locke's Family and Attorney Criticised Police Procedure
Minneapolis police swat team uses a key to enter an apartment. They then burst through the doorway, searching the apartment. Instead of 22 year olds a mere lock, they found him sound asleep on a couch. Locke seems to wake up when they kick the couch, and body camera footed shows him holding a gun. The involved officer was just outside the frame in the direct that that barrel is emerging from the blanket. As locke begins to stand, three shots are fired. No lawful gun owner could have survived this situation. An amir had no choice.
