Mental health is a significant concern for many people in today's fast pace, digitally connected world. We all share our best lives online but it's very rare that we go on and share the worst of times or just the reality of real life. So I think it's really important to remind ourselves that what we're seeing online might not even be true because there's nothing stopping people lying on there. And then I definitely would recommend regular detoxes as well. Particularly if you're finding you are getting to a point where, you know, you're suffering from low mental health."
