The US Abdicated Its Role in the Middle East

The Saudis made a calculated decision that the US abdicated its role on the world stage. Trump had the best Middle East policy of any American president since FDR. Biden ran on the campaign of making Saudi Arabia pariah. Well, guess what? Saudi Arabia got back at the US. And now we're being chased out of the Middle East where just a couple of years ago, we were the dominant foreign power.
