Vox Media and Penske Media

Vox Media announced that Jay Penske was going to invest in them and as part of that they're also doing a little bit of a haircut. Penske Media will own like 20% of Vox, they'll be the largest shareholder. Why is Penske going in on Vox? You know because Vox is private there's a lot that I have to admit we don't know.
