community patrol in america has traditionally been armed, white people who are racis thinking that they need to just basically playing police officer. And like theirs, that needs to be supplemented with some, you know, the black panthers were there to police the police, and they were treated like a violent puckan extremist organization. That's another option that is probably the least tested, but the one that absolutely needs to be pursued more than it has to this point. i think it puts people, it helps always keep people divided because of that. If you are always acknowledging that you're in this survival situation, altruism doesn't make sense all the time.
