VICI now is the largest they own property assets you think of Caesar's Palace, Venetian and Excalibur. They have a lot of master trade lease agreements with with their operators so they'll have a ton of different casinos that are kind of built into these master trade agreements just under all one contract but yeah they do have the rent escalators in there a portion of them are peg 2 CPI there are maxes on there. I'd much rather play something like American Tower if I'm looking at cellular and that will benefit from 5G rollout across nation and internationally.
