I didn't grow up eating offal my parents were very much of the they were born just after the war. So i when i became a food historian, i had to teach myself to eat offl. And it is a challenge if you have never eaten it. It is strongly flavoured, and many, many of our foods to day are very bland. But i taught himself to eat offle tirstly with kidneys.
