How to Avoid a War With Putin

We've been relying on the Kurds to help turn back the ISIS threat and Turkey has obviously views this with suspicion. The issue of Kurds in that region is one of the terrible legacy of the colonial era. I mean, these are borders that were drawn by Brits and French. But we should have pushed the Turks to come up with a better option in dealing with ISIS if the Kurds was going to be such a normal working with the Kurds.
