Tender volumes, this chart makes sense to me. What is going on with employment? So we mentioned an expansion and without more volume, you need a culling of the herd one way or another. You simply need less trucks. I mean, operating numbers are bad. Like our, I think the average spot right now is like 248 fuel included. It's not good. And it's been that way for a while. But most of these are either owner operators or small fleets. They're squeezing between high operational costs and low spot rates.
