Obamacare and the American Rescue Plan

The number of people without insurance is down to 8%, from roughly 15% plus or minus before the passage of Obamacare. That's an enormous step forward that hasn't really gotten a heck of a lot of attention, and it led to a drop in the number of uninsured. The American Rescue Plan contains additional subsidies, some additional incentives, some additional money for outreach and getting people to sign up.
